Food ATP training has been developed and designed specifically for food industry professionals. Our unique portfolio of courses will develop advanced knowledge by building on your existing experience through online learning, seminars, discussion groups, site visits and practical sessions led by experts from across industry, academia and professional bodies.
Forming the taught element of our postgraduate qualifications, each Food ATP course is delivered at Level 7 and will develop your critical thinking and problem solving capability. Courses are formally assessed by report, case study or assignment, and upon successful completion are awarded academic credit. Credits may be used towards the taught component of any of our qualifications which are accredited by both the University of Reading and University of Birmingham, from Postgraduate Certificate to Professional Doctorate.
In addition all Food ATP courses are available without formal assessment and may be completed to contribute towards your continued professional development (CPD) plan. We are one of only two institutions who have gained professional accreditation for our CPD courses with the Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST).
